Blueprint Partners announces the takeover of Apizee by Keyyo, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bouygues Telecom and specialized in telecom solutions for SMEs/VSEs.
Apizee, a French company based in Lannion, was created in 2013 by Michel L'Hostis and Frédéric Luart, serial entrepreneurs and telecom experts. A leader in video assistance solutions, its CPaaS technology based on the WebRTC standard allows video communications without client software, on all terminals while guaranteeing security, sovereignty and data compliance.
The Apizee platform is used by prestigious clients in many sectors such as Safran and Enedis in industry, Caisse d'Epargne and Crédit Agricole in banking, and ARS and Deutsch Arzt AG in telemedicine. Apizee's video communication solutions have experienced strong growth in recent months in connection with Covid-19 and the digitalization of companies.
The integration of Apizee into the Bouygues Telecom group is excellent news and will further accelerate the penetration of these new communication solutions by allowing Apizee to benefit from the strength and customer bases of Keyyo and Bouygues Telecom.
“Expert in Enterprise SaaS and Telecom, Blueprint Partners was able to find the best partner for Apizee and structure an excellent transaction for all parties. Blueprint Partners was by our side throughout the transaction and impacted the negotiations until the final closing.”
Michel L'Hostis
“Apizee has a powerful solution built on the most advanced technology in the sector, a great list of customers and a market that is exploding whether in telemedicine, banking and insurance, or industry. To equip all these companies, Apizee had to be associated with a player with a strong market position and a strong desire to deploy these solutions. This is the case of Keyyo and Bouygues Telecom."
Eric Plantier
“The acquisition of Apizee will enable us to launch video and collaboration solutions integrated as standard into Keyyo's offerings in the coming months and to provide Bouygues Telecom Entreprise customers with new solutions to digitalize their operations.”
