Advalo joins the SKEEPERS group to place personalized relationships and AI at the heart of the customer experience

Blueprint Partners announces the merger of SKEEPERS, a French group specializing in customer experience and engagement, winner of the FrenchTech Next 40, and Advalo, a specialist in AI adapted to individualized marketing.

Advalo is a personalized marketing solution that relies on Artificial Intelligence to identify audiences with high growth potential and ensure an immediate impact on the brand's turnover.

Thanks to this external growth operation, SKEEPERS, leader in customer experience and engagement, will be able to offer brands high-performance activation solutions.

By placing AI at the heart of its platform, SKEEPERS confirms its technological lead and strengthens its position as a pioneer in mastering the customer experience cycle.

Advalo will accelerate its international development with the support of the group.

The consumer at the heart of the process

Upheaval in consumer habits, changes in purchasing paths and channels, integration of customer feedback... To meet new consumer expectations, brands must absolutely change their conventional marketing practices - often massive and intrusive - which deteriorate the bond of trust they maintain with their customers. Studies show that nearly 80% of consumers experience a negative reaction towards the brand when they receive notifications or messages for promotions that do not interest them.

It is from this observation that Advalo was born in 2014.
